At SIMAREX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Only partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
The item is not in its original condition or is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The item is returned after more than 14 days from delivery.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process outlined above.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Customer Error: Incorrect shipping address or product selection.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.
Product Compatibility: Incompatibility with devices not specified in the product description.
Customized Products: Items personalized for you cannot be refunded.
Late Return Requests: Return requests made after the 14-day window.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).
Contact your bank (processing times can vary).
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange, contact us via email and we will provide instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once the item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the gift was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to them.
If you received the wrong item, please double-check your order confirmation. If it’s our mistake, contact us via email and we’ll correct the issue promptly.
If the error was on your end (wrong product ordered), you may still return it — however, standard return policies will apply.
Unless the product is defective or damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
