🚚 Dispatch & Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typicallyshipped the same day and expected to arrivethe next business day.
No shipments or deliveries are made onSaturdays, Sundays, orpublic holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🕒 Processing & Shipping Times

Please note that all orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Each item may have a different processing time depending on availability and customization.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days (via Post Office)
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in8–12 business days

These timelines are in addition to the processing time mentioned above.

Orders with engraving or customizations may experience longer processing times. If you’ve requested personalization, please contact our customer service team to coordinate timing.
High-demand items may experience a 2-day delay due to restocking requirements.
